Those five are all OCs. They're all siblings, children of the queen of the Witch Kingdom, and work for her as agents to investigate and protect their kingdom.
I've actually taken quite a liking to them C: From left to right they are Ellse (on the cupcake), Mistic (little girl in pink), Kanna (girl in orange), Mani (with the flames) and Mika.
I couldn't help but keep thinking that Mika looks like Baka+Test's Kinoshita Hideyoshi (specially since it is in his description that he looks like a girl), and that Kanna girl kind of reminds me of Scooby-doo's Velma.
That said, I had fun with it C:
